At the National Bureau of Standards in Boulder, Colorado, John Milton targets a rolling graph paper with a mechanical pencil. The date on the paper is: "Jul 23 1968." The glass, metal, and rubber gasket cover is opened, and the surrounding metal frames have electronic components mounted in them.
