This program is designed to introduce participants to the healing aspects and principles of Qi Gong, Yoga and Tai Chi. Participants will acknowledge and engage tension and stress in the body and relieve it at its core. Each exercise is used as a fundamental instrument in reclaiming Wellness, Health and Fitness. They are also a key component in providing the body with a complete cardiovascular workout by combining isometric exercise, visualizations and breathing.
Week 1: September 8 and 10
Movement 1: Commencement
Week 2: September 15 and 17
Movement 2: Open and close hands
Week 3: September 22 and 24
Movement 3: Single Whip
Week 4: September 29 and October 1
Movement 4: Wave Hands
Week 5: October 6 and 8
Movement 5: Brush knees
Week 6: October 13 and 15
Movement 6: Play the Lute (Include Movements 1-5)
