Education Resources at BCAARL

The Blair-Caldwell African American Research Library archives serves as an educational and cultural resource for the people of Colorado and the world by providing numerous manuscripts and collections of African American individuals who have made lifelong commitments and impacts on promoting education and racial equality in Colorado.

Research the personal papers of Rachel B. Noel, Marie Louise Greenwood and other notable African American educators, administrators, teachers, civil rights and political activists, who have been movers and shakers in education and advocates for civil rights for African Africans in Colorado. Learn about their contributions at the local, national, and international level in civic, governmental, and social organizations in their efforts to create new paths for African American students and teachers in Denver Public Schools and Colorado.
