After voting in the Iraqi election, Ahmad Dizayee, bottom center, celebrates at a post-election feast at the home of Kurdish friends in San Diego. Dizayee traveled from Lakewood to Irvine, Calif., to vote Saturday. The California polling place was the only one west of the Mississippi River.
