Wow Photo Wednesday ~ A Milk Bottle Motorcycle

Wow! What a way to advertise! Have a guy drive around town on an Indian motorcycle with a giant bottle of milk on the sidecar! I'm sure this got people's attention driving around town and raised awareness of "Macon Milk" ~ I know it would these days ~ every digital device in sight would be taking photos and videos.

"Wow Photo Wednesday" celebrates photographs in the Denver Public Library's Digital Collections that have "The Wow Factor" and that highlight the myriad delightful nuggets in our database.

Hi WR - It turns out that the Macon Milk Co. was located in Macon, Georgia.
