Wow Photo Wednesday

What the - ? - this image gets a "wow" because we wonder what's being sold here. Obviously posed, and because it was taken by Denver commercial photographer Lloyd Rule, we know that it's a stock or advertising photo, but what on Earth is the point? The baby seems to be focused intently on the food, and the guy seems to be pretending to be shocked about something - but what could it be? Any guesses?
