It's time again for Weird Photo Wednesday! But this time we're giving away a great prize. Come up with the best caption for today's photo and you could win two tickets to the Mixology Showdown, Thursday, May 12 at DPL Central. Enjoy signature food and drinks from 5:30-7:30 pm.
