Historic Photos of Denver

Historic Photos of Denver (Turner Publishing Company, Nashville, Tennessee, 2007) shows the historic growth of Denver from the mid 1800's to the late 1900's through stunning black and white photography. DPL's own Myron Vallier, a librarian in the Western History and Genealogy Department, has brought together approximately 200 photographs from the Library's extensive collection, many of which have never been published.

Copies may be purchased in the Central Library, Western History and Genealogy - Level 5 for $39.95 plus tax. Historic Photos of Denver is also available for checkout at the Denver Public Library as well as for purchase at local bookstores.
