Join meditation instructor Bea Marion for a four week workshop exploring the positive affects meditation can have on creative thinking, relaxation, stress levels and even success. The weekly one-hour sessions will cover a variety of meditation elements with primary emphasis on self-directed stress reduction, wellness, and relaxation.
Meditation as defined here, is a simple, safe, and scientifically accepted way to relax the body, calm the mind, and improve health by understanding and minimizing the effects of stress.
