You certainly cannot argue with a program which helps generate interest in personal and family history. It is a lovely show.

My main quibble with programs of this type - and you can include "Who Do You Think You Are" - is their focus on celebrity. I would love it if they included video of a few ordinary mortals and showed that their ancestors' biographies can be just as interesting.
