I agree that this collection is quite special. It is fascinating to get such an intimate take on the founding of our beautiful city. The names of the places were we live and play, were people once upon a time... people with courage and vision (and, maybe, just a hint of crazy!) to undertake the founding of a new city -- a new life!
It's amazing to think that all these letters still exist; are still waiting to be mined for all their significance and value! DPL is such a treasure box! Wonderful!
